Down Jacket Product After-sales Service Policy 2021
Bosideng is committed to improving consumer experience in all aspects. Based on the brand positioning of the company and the national regulations in China on warranty services of repair, replacement and refund.
I. Bosideng Down Jacket Product After-sales Service Policy 2021
1. Right of return and exchange: Within 7 (seven) calendar days of purchase of the products, Customers may bring the receipt or purchase record to the original store where the they were purchased for return or exchange. (Products must be kept and returned in their original state and packaging with all original tags and labels attached. They must be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered and without stains or odor.), For products purchased on e-commerce platforms, Customers have the right to return or exchange them without providing a reason within 7 (seven) calendar days of receiving the items.
2. Return / exchange with quality issues
· For products with quality issues, Customers can request a return / exchange within 15 (fifteen) calendar days from the date of purchase at the original store where they were purchased.
· For products with quality issues, we offer free repair within 1 year from the date of purchase.
3. Accidental damage:
· For accidental damage on apparel from this year’s new collections or last year’s collections, if any repairs are needed, please visit the original store where the product was purchased or call Bosideng customer service hotline to discuss in details. If the item is repairable, we offer to repair the damage for a reasonable charge at our discretion.
· In the case of part replacement is needed for apparel repair due to accidental damage, our store staff or customer service must clarify with Customers prior to any repairs being made: The repair may introduce major color difference or invisible embroidery and shall not be carried out without customer consent. Please note that should an apparel product contain over three accidental damages, we assume no responsibility for repairing it due to the level of difficulty.
4. We offer repairs for products of which the one-year warranty period from the date of purchase has expired at a reasonable charge at our discretion. Unfortunately, we do not offer repairs for products purchased more than 2 years ago.
5. After-sales repair time (This is calculated from the day of receiving the product to the day of shipment of the repaired product and excludes the shipment cycle time.)

6. Repair Charge:
· The standard service fee for accidental damage is RMB 30 per damage repair. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping items to and from Bosideng. The after-sales service fee shall be paid to our dedicated Alipay account: shouhou@bosideng.com
· For product repair with quality issues, customers are responsible for the cost of shipping items to Bosideng, and Bosideng will cover the return shipping costs. Products of the high-end categories will be shipped back via SF Express; products of any other general categories will be shipped back via ZTO Express.
